Tonal Tailpiece with Fine Tuners by Kenneth Kuo
CelloBello is excited to announce a retail partnership with Tonal Tailpiece, created by New York-based cellist Kenneth Kuo. Made-to-order and hand-crafted in Norwalk, CT, the tailpiece is made of carbon fiber and composite materials to produce a more vibrant sound with extra resonance, deeper bass, more focus, faster response and a clearer tone. The Tonal Tailpiece is used and endorsed by Brinton Averil Smith (Principal Cellist of the Houston Symphony) and Robert DeMaine (Principal Cellist of the Los Angeles Philharmonic).
The Tonal Tailpiece comes with a lifetime warranty on the body and comes with 2 Kevlar tailguts. Note: this tailpiece comes with 4 titanium fine tuners. For the tailpiece without fine tuners please click here.

Options:
• Generation 1 (for cellos with a body length under 755 mm) and Generation 2 (for cellos with a body length greater than 755mm)
• FE (for cellos with a lower bout width under 44cm) and FR (for cellos with a lower bout width greater than 44cm)
*Note: the unidirectional finish option imitates the finish of ebony wood with an extra layer of unidirectional carbon fiber.
